1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Services, you accept these Terms and any referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must not use ZEED.BID.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ZEED.BID is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3) Accounts & KYC/AML

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) and apply anti-money-laundering checks.
• We may freeze or close accounts in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or legal requests.

4) Wallet, Funds & Fees

• Your ZEED.BID wallet may show available and locked balances. Bids can lock funds until an auction is resolved.
• Deposits and withdrawals may involve blockchain or service fees.
• You are responsible for entering correct recipient details when sending funds.

5) Auctions & Bidding

• Each bid creates a unique entry for the relevant auction as described on its page.
• Bidding may lock the bid amount until the auction ends or is cancelled.
• We may pause, extend, void, or relist auctions for technical, legal, or fairness reasons.

6) AMOE (Free Entry)

• Each auction may include one Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) free bid per eligible user.
• To prevent abuse, you may use only one free entry on any open auction at a time. After using your free bid on an open auction, you cannot use another free entry on other open auctions until that auction is fully closed.
• You may still place paid bids on other auctions at any time.
• Attempts to bypass AMOE limits (for example using multiple accounts) may result in cancellation of entries and account action.

7) RNG & Verification (Commit–Reveal)

• If the reserve is met, the winner is selected using a verifiable random process (commit–reveal).
• We publish a hash commitment before reveal, and reveal the salt and calculation details after the draw.

8) Refunds, Reserve & Settlement

• If the reserve is not met, locked funds are released and no winner is selected.
• If the reserve is met, a winner is drawn and non-winning funds are released according to the auction rules.

9) Taxes

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies related to your use of ZEED.BID, including winnings where applicable.

10) Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts, collusion, or manipulating outcomes.
• Using automated tools or scraping beyond allowed limits.
• Posting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

11) Intellectual Property & License

Design, logos, software, and content on ZEED.BID are protected. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services as intended.

12) User Content

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant ZEED.BID a license to host and use it to operate and promote the Services.

13) Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which covers KYC/AML, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement.

14) Security

• We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is completely risk-free.
• Vulnerabilities should be reported to us and not exploited.

15) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZEED.BID is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited as described on this page.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ZEED.BID and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

18) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, fraud, legal risk, or other reasons. Certain sections of these Terms continue to apply after termination.

19) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.

20) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZEED.BID after changes means you accept the updated version.

21) Third-Party Suppliers & Fulfilment

• Not all items are in ZEED.BID’s own stock; some are sourced from independent suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers.
• For certain auctions, the item is ordered only after the auction ends and a winner is confirmed.
• If a supplier cannot deliver, we may provide an equivalent replacement item or refund the relevant value to your ZEED.BID wallet.

22) Shipping & Handling

• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
• You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
• If an item becomes unavailable after settlement, we will either refund the full related amount to your ZEED.BID wallet or offer an item of equal value.
• Import duties, customs, or local taxes (if any) are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
